How to keep people involved

Organizing a group of people under a shared cause and keeping them engaged can be challenging. But here are some ideas to keep people involved:

• Always thank people for attending meetings. Everyone’s time is valuable, so thanking them for making the effort is always appreciated.
• Asking for feedback can be a reward in itself. It lets people know that their opinion matters and that they’re being listened to. It will increase the chances of them returning.
• Establish community goals. It creates a focal point for whatever the community group is aiming to do and limits confusion.
